The Senior Portfolio Manager role sits within the Lending team, offering the chance to work alongside one of the largest non-bank lenders in the property development sector. You'll leverage your network and contribute to our team's growth under stellar leadership.
Responsibilities:

Source and secure new lending opportunities through industry relationships.
Recommend service providers for lending and provide submissions to the Head of Risk & Governance.
Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with Borrowers.
Oversee loan submissions and manage loans from approval to settlement.
Monitor covenants to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Report to the Executive, Lending, Treasury and Work out Committees and the Board.

Skills and Experience:

5-10+ years in commercial property development lending.
Professional services and broker networks.
Exceptional credit knowledge and experience.
Proactive and team-oriented approach.
