As our Senior Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Specialist, you'll play a part in driving positive change for the communities we serve.

- $117,026 to $126,511 plus 12% superannuation, dependent on experience
This role reports to IT PMO Lead, and is crucial in embedding delivery standards, project controls, and governance decision points that align with the Enterprise Delivery Framework within our wider IT group.
The role will also offer planning and governance support for the digital portfolio to advance YVW's strategic objectives, serving as a Centre of Excellence for methodologies, tools, and templates across agile and waterfall environments.

Your key responsibilitiesDrive portfolio management outcomes through monitoring and maintaining the portfolio, integrating a benefits management framework and identifying risks.Lead change initiatives and drive capability uplift by providing tailored coaching and hands-on training to the IT group on topics such as writing effective business cases and project planning (including change control standards).Governance, reporting and quality assurance - including participating in audits, resolving conflicts around project timelines and budgets, conducting post implementation reviews.What we're looking forExtensive experience in working in a PMO portfolio/project management office, with solid experience in portfolio management, and benefit management.Experience in developing and implementing portfolio, project management practices, tools and methodologies in both a Waterfall and Agile environment.Experience in identifying and developing effective processes - benefit management (benefit plans & reviews), risk management (including risk profiles), portfolio performance tracking, and financial management.Experience in coaching and capability development.Brilliant stakeholder management and resilience in an ever changing domain.How to applyApplications should include a supporting Cover Letter and Resume.
