We are currently looking for the below roles to assist with the Elections next year: Available Positions Presiding Officer : Manage personnel, election resources, and polling place operations.
Assistant Presiding Officer : Assist the Presiding Officer and manage polling place operations.
Declaration Officer : Issue declaration votes and assist with reconciliation processes.
Early Presiding Officer : Manage polling place operations during early voting.
Early Assistant Presiding Officer : Assist the Early Presiding Officer during early voting.
Early Issuing / Counting Officer : Issue ballot papers and assist with counting operations.
Assistant Returning Officer : Oversee counting and reconciliation operations.
Mobile Presiding Officer : Manage mobile polling operations at various facilities.
Mobile Issuing Officer : Issue ballot papers and assist the Mobile Presiding Officer.
Remote Presiding Officer : Manage mobile polling at remote locations.
Remote Issuing Officer : Issue ballot papers at remote locations.
Returning Officer Assistant : Assist the RO with higher-level duties.
Returning Officer General Assistant : Assist with sorting and distributing materials on election night.
