About the Opportunity There is currently one (1) permanent, full-time position available for immediate filling.
As a Senior Policy Officer, you will play a key role in the development, implementation, and review of strategic policies and initiatives that drive achievement of the Department's planned outcomes, as aligned with broader government objectives.
You will work collaboratively across the Regional Development Portfolio, government agencies, and engage with regional stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions to complex issues affecting economic development and liveability in the regions.
We are looking for individuals with: demonstrated experience providing policy advice for a range of audiences.The ideal candidate would be passionate about Regional Western Australia and understand how to use data to analyze regional trends and inform decision making.

Employment Conditions and Additional Information Am I eligible to apply? To be eligible for a permanent appointment to the Western Australian public sector, you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status in Australia.
