About the Role -Lead and contribute to strategic policy projects that drive early childhood reform.
-Analyze complex policy issues, gather evidence, and provide well-informed, innovative solutions.
-Work collaboratively across the Department and with external stakeholders to inform policy development.
-Communicate complex ideas effectively through high-quality written work, including reports, briefings, and presentations.
-Utilise systems thinking and policy frameworks to address both detailed and broader strategic issues.
-Contribute to a supportive, high-performing team culture that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
