Job Title : Senior Policy Officer – Early Childhood Strategy Location: Melbourne, Victoria Job Type : 3 month contract Pay Rate: VPS5 - $52-$60 p/h + super About Us Join a passionate and dynamic team dedicated to shaping the future of early childhood education in Victoria.

We are seeking a motivated and high-performing Senior Policy Officer to lead strategic projects and provide insightful, impactful advice in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role -Lead and contribute to strategic policy projects that drive early childhood reform.
-Analyze complex policy issues, gather evidence, and provide well-informed, innovative solutions.
-Work collaboratively across the Department and with external stakeholders to inform policy development.
-Communicate complex ideas effectively through high-quality written work, including reports, briefings, and presentations.
-Utilise systems thinking and policy frameworks to address both detailed and broader strategic issues.
-Contribute to a supportive, high-performing team culture that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
