As a Senior Policy Officer your role will be to: Research, analyze, and advise on intricate policy and regulatory issues within the energy sector. Prepare comprehensive and timely deliverables such as briefing notes, submissions, reports, and presentations. Liaise, consult, and negotiate with various government agencies, corporations, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders. Support project delivery by assisting in scoping, resource management, and establishing governance structures. Manage competing priorities while collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and client expectations. Contribute to team culture through participation in goal-setting and service improvement activities. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Experience in the energy sector is highly regarding but a solid policy generalist will also be considered.
