About the Opportunity The Senior Policy Officer is responsible for providing specialist advice to the Director and the Manager of Information Governance to support the development and implementation of policies, procedures and guidelines for State and Local Government in relation to Information Governance.
Areas of policy work include record keeping, freedom of information and the State's privacy regime including supporting the Privacy Committee.
About the Business State Records sets standards and assists agencies in the management of information assets, preserves and provides access to historical records of government in South Australia, and helps to protect personal information privacy.
Minimum Requirements Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory.
