Senior Policy Analyst

THE ROLE:
We have an EL1 position available on an ongoing basis within the Visitor Economy Capability, Workforce and EMDG Policy Branch.
A merit list will be developed and drawn on for emerging vacancies.

DUTIES INCLUDE: Developing high-quality, data-driven briefings, analysis and advice to the Minister and Austrade Senior Executive to inform and influence government decisions on visitor economy issues or EMDG.Communicating effectively with colleagues in the team, across Austrade and with key stakeholders to ensure that policies related to the visitor economy or EMDG are understood.Liaising and consulting with stakeholders in Austrade, other Commonwealth Government agencies, State and Territory Governments and industry to inform and influence policy design.Supporting evaluation, monitoring and reporting requirements for visitor economy initiatives and EMDG.Working effectively in a team to deliver the work program.Other duties, as required.CLOSING DATE:

Security Clearance: Our successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance.
