Leading higher education group requires a Senior Portfolio Management Analyst on a 12 Month + fixed term engagement for their CBD campus.
As a Senior Portfolio Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping portfolio performance and governance.
This role focuses on delivering actionable insights, enhancing portfolio management processes, and building strategy delivery capabilities across the university.
Your daily responsibilities will include: Produce high-quality reports & dashboards in Power BI and governance materials to support decision-making.
Refine and develop project management frameworks, tools, and templates.
Provide business intelligence through tools like Clarity and support system improvements.
Facilitate collaboration among project teams and stakeholders to enhance delivery maturity.
Implement and adapt portfolio and program management methodologies.
To succeed in this role, you will have: Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, project management, or equivalent experience.
PM certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMBOK).
Worked with Power BI - essential.
Extensive experience in PMO roles, preferably in a portfolio management setting.
Proficiency with reporting and BI tools, and hands-on experience with PPM platforms.
A strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and navigates ambiguity effectively.
Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis and reporting.
Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas and build trusted relationships.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
