With multiple, high-profile projects already in construction, and a large volume of projects in the tender submission phase, the time is now for them to hire this Senior professional into their business, on a full-time basis in their Sydney Head office.
As the successful applicant, it is expected that you will be able to demonstrate and discuss multiple successful projects that you have managed to a successful conclusion, with a focus on Transmission substation projects, ranging from 132Kv -500Kv. Importantly, the projects you will have successfully delivered would have occurred within Australia, giving you excellent rapport and a solid relationship with the likes of Transgrid, Ausnet Services, PowerLink etc.
Your experience will allow you to take full responsibility and accountability for multiple, high profile, high value projects, and be in a position to understand what it will take to deliver these projects to schedule and to budget. You will be well known and respected with subcontractors, allowing you to manage tender processes effectively, and you will be fully coherent with Transmission utility standards and expectations, allowing for successful delivery of your projects.

It is also understood that the right person will need to be remunerated well, and the client is willing to pay the right salary to ensure the right person is hired, allowing for the successful growth of the business that is still to come.
