Jemena is looking for a Senior Platforms Analyst to join our Corporate Platforms team and play a key role in delivering reliable and secure application services that drive our business forward.
As a Senior Platforms Analyst, you will:
Ensure application stability: You'll provide operational support, ensuring that all application services are reliable and available to the business.
You'll follow key processes like testing, releasing, and maintaining the integrity and security of our systems.Lead enhancements and improvements: You'll be involved in the development of Enhancement Requests (ER), conducting system analysis, designing solutions, defining requirements, estimating timelines, and overseeing development, configuration, and implementation.Collaborate on projects: Whether part-time or full-time, you'll contribute to projects led by the Program Delivery team, performing tasks that align with our project management methodologies and working closely with project managers to deliver results.Engage with stakeholders: You'll work closely with application users to understand their evolving IT needs and ensure that the services provided meet agreed targets for quality and timeliness, enabling our business to thrive.In this role, you'll also be responsible for operating within our risk, governance, and IT frameworks, including adherence to Jemena's SDLC, project methodologies, IT standards, and ITIL change and service management processes.
Your expertise will support the development and execution of strategic plans for applications, as well as ownership of product strategies and roadmaps for supported platforms.
