Our services on these projects include: Working with our clients to understand their objectives and tailoring solutions to enable the achievement of agreed outcomes.Securing planning permits: application strategy, preparation and management.Development site identification: inputs to feasibility studies, and pre-purchase planning due diligence.Facilitating planning scheme amendments: developing strategic justification, document preparation, stakeholder engagement, and process management.Consultation, negotiation, and engagement with local communities and other stakeholders.'Front-end' project management services during the first half of the project life cycle, from project inception to the commencement of construction.What are we looking for? proUrban are on the hunt for a Senior Planning Consultant with approximately 4-7 years' experience in the field of urban planning to join our team.
This experience will include time in Victoria, a background in either the private or public sector, and a university degree in urban planning or a related discipline.
We are seeking a planner to work independently and alongside our directors to provide these services and manage large-scale, complex development projects across all of these sectors.
