Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability drives the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Planner with a strong background in civil and earthwork construction to join our dynamic team.
This is a FIFO role requiring a professional who can effectively manage and develop project schedules, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with project goals.Analyze critical paths, forecast delays, and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.Prepare and present detailed progress reports, including S-curves, histograms, and earned value metrics.Review and validate subcontractor schedules for compliance and accuracy.Conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure schedule alignment with actual activities.Support tender processes with baseline schedule development and resource allocation.RequirementsProven experience as a Senior Planner in civil and earthwork construction projects.Strong proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and workflows.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a FIFO arrangement with flexibility for site-based operations.Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.What We OfferCompetitive salary package and benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Supportive team culture and collaborative work environment.How to ApplySubmit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and suitability for the role to ****** us in shaping the future of infrastructure and making a tangible impact on Australia's development.We are an equal-opportunity employer.
