Full time As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for providing town planning advice and project management tasks with respect to the Department of Communities' complex land development activities and strategic land acquisitions.
Some of your main duties include:
Assessing development constraints and opportunities.Developing and managing project operating budget against financial and non-financial performance targets.Assessing processes and mechanisms to fast-track land development projects.Providing town planning advice in relation to strategic land acquisitions.About the team Our nine teams deliver critical operations, business, and technical support to enable delivery across Communities, Housing and Assets and the Regions, aligning with Communities strategic direction. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 12 months across the Department of Communities.
