Adaptive Physiotherapy and Performance is growing, and we are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team in Port Macquarie with a diverse caseload ready.
With a focus on evidence-based, client-centred care, the role includes clinical supervision, professional development opportunities, peer mentoring, and daily support as part of a fun, growing, and dynamic team.
We are currently looking for:

Early Career Physiotherapist (1-4 years' experience) with interest in Disability, Paediatrics, and Musculoskeletal/Adults
Senior Physiotherapist (>4 years' experience) with experience in Disability, Paediatrics, and Musculoskeletal/Adults

The role includes:

Providing patient-centred Physiotherapy services including in-clinic sessions/rehab gym, home visits, hydrotherapy, surf therapy, and community-based programs.
Providing assessments, interventions, and therapy for Paediatrics and Adults with a diverse range of disabilities.
Delivering educational sessions and programs for parents, coaches, staff, and teachers.
Participating in evidence-based clinical supervision and development programs.
Utilizing a generous Professional Development Allowance.
Options for Full-Time and Part-Time positions with flexibility in working hours.

Requirements for the role:

Experience as a Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible delivery of Physiotherapy services and ability to work with a diverse caseload – In-Clinic/Rehab Gym, Home Visits, and Community.
Special interest in Paediatrics and disability is ideal.
Effective time management skills.
Ability to maintain up-to-date and confidential client records.
Familiarity with working with NDIS, Reporting, and AT Applications.
Flexible and approachable manner, good communication skills, and looking for an enjoyable, satisfying role.
Current driver's licence and working with children's check.
