This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Mirrabooka office.
As a Senior Physiotherapist you will provide support to children, adolescents and adults in line with their goals and plans, providing the highest quality service delivery possible.
Your key responsibilities will include: Provide physiotherapy services to customers with a range of clinical presentations, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury, Global Developmental Delay and Downs Syndrome.Provide hydrotherapy to customers within a community setting.Conduct lower limb assessments and gait reviews.Deliver a wide variety of therapy to customers to support gross motor skill development and reach key developmental milestones.Assessment and prescription of Assistive Technologies, as required.Working collaboratively with other disciplines to provide supports to customers and their support networks.Ongoing evaluation and review of customer's progress in line with their goals and plans.Maintain customer records and ensure effective service delivery across the allied health team.What makes you the right candidate? A Bachelor's degree of PhysiotherapyRegistration with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA)At least 4 years of relevant clinical experience as a PhysiotherapistSupport the team by leading clinical supervision and/or teaching, which may also include externally to the organisation.A passion for ongoing learning and skill development to deliver best outcomes for the customers we support.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills teamed with a flexible, can-do attitude.A team player with the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and contribute positively to team culture and productivity.Experience working under the NDIS framework within the disability support sector.Have a strong focus on safety culture and willingness to always improve quality, safety and compliance.All successful candidates must have or be willing to obtain a Drivers License, WCC, National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.What's in it for you?
