Are you ready to make a real difference in your community? As a Senior Physiotherapist with Talk Health Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to help clients live better, more independent lives, while working close to home.
With a mixed caseload of NDIS, HCP, and CHSP clients, you'll spend your days travelling to clients in a company car, providing tailored, impactful care.

What's On Offer: Up to $110,000 + super + a company car, and laptop.Performance-based bonuses, rewarded for quality of care, not just billable hours.Generous professional development budget and access to an experienced multidisciplinary team.Flexibility to set your own schedule and manage your caseload independently.A clear path to advance to Team Leader and further develop your career.What You'll Be Doing: Deliver evidence-based therapy through functional assessments, rehabilitation, and restorative care.Implement exercise-based treatments for post-surgery, ageing, and chronic condition management.Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of physios, OTs, Speechies and Allied Health Assistants to ensure optimal client outcomes.Develop and oversee treatment plans focusing on falls prevention, gross motor development and mobility aid prescription.Maintain thorough case notes and reports to track progress and support best-in-class care.Our Ideal Candidate: A Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, ideally working with diverse caseloads.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Current National Police Check, professional indemnity insurance, and a valid driver's licence.Why Join Us?
