Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Physiotherapist located in Bongaree, QLD. The Senior Physiotherapist will be responsible for developing treatment plans, exercise programs, and providing hands-on therapy to patients. They will also mentor junior staff and engage in promotional activities such as awareness campaigns to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
Qualifications Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution Proven experience of 5+ years in a senior physiotherapist role Experience in hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and treatment plan development Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage staff effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning Experience in rehabilitation and working with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sporting injuries is highly desirable Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
