We are seeking a highly-motivated, full-time physiotherapist to join our beautiful inner-city Albion clinic.

Our roster has you working 3 half days + 2 full days per week.Long-term in-house clinical and non-clinical pathways.Clinical pathways include: new practitioner recruitment, practitioner onboarding, day-to-day operations management, networking with referral partners and assisting with the establishment of new clinics.Non-clinical pathways include: Business strategy, marketing/advertising, business analytics (including reporting to directors and providing feedback to practitioners), general HR management (performance reviews, conflict resolution, leave management) and assisting in the establishment of new clinics.The successful Albion candidate will: Have the opportunity to work alongside 10+ great GPs that are friendly and approachable allowing you to case collaborate with ease either in person or via Microsoft Teams.Work alongside a wide variety of Allied Health practitioners including: Psychologists, Dieticians, Speech Pathologist, Audiologist and Podiatrist.Take over an established case load of ~70% private patients with 30% WorkCover, NDIS, DVA and CTP.Learn from visiting specialists that attend every 1-2 months including: Orthopaedic Surgeons and Rheumatologists with opportunity to watch surgery as often as you'd like.Modern and purpose-built clinics with large, private treatment rooms.Have a special interest or preferred clientele?
We will bring those patients to you through our expansive network of referring partners and strong marketing strategies.All physiotherapists can otherwise have exposure to a varied case load, including sports, orthopaedics, occupational and general musculoskeletal physiotherapy.This ideal candidate will have:
AHPRA registration as a physiotherapistMinimum of two years of experience in a private practice settingStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven ability to build and maintain a client baseExcellent time management and organisational skillsMotivated and driven to achieve goalsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamInterested?
