Senior Physiotherapist (3+ years experience)Brain Injury SA (BISA) has been established for over 30 years, assisting people to embrace life after brain injury.We are a 'not for profit' organisation investing funds back into the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) community. BISA has multiple services available for the ABI community including Rewire, Advocacy, NDIS appeals and Community Access.Rewire is an interdisciplinary team consisting of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Developmental Educators, Allied Health Assistants, Counsellors and a Dietitian.About the roleWe have a full-time (part-time negotiable) opportunity available, across our Southern and City Rewire Hubs, for an enthusiastic Senior Physiotherapist who enjoys working with clients with various neurological conditions in fun and creative ways. As a growing and dynamic organisation, we seek to fill this role with someone who thrives within an inter-disciplinary team, has ideas to share, enjoys the challenge of diversity and has a passion to work with adults who have an ABI.Based primarily at our Southern Rewire hub, this role includes managing a caseload with some complex presentations whilst also providing clinical supervision for junior staff and students. We are an organisation working with the multiple facets of brain injury and other neurological conditions – road trauma, sporting accidents, tumours, strokes, disease etc. and as a result our services deliver to a group of people and their families that is very diverse in age and need. We provide services under a variety of funding streams (NDIS, LSA, RTWSA, TAC etc.).The successful applicant will be a valued member of our friendly and supportive Rewire team.
