This role is integral to the delivery of a comprehensive range of high-level pharmacy services, where you'll exercise independent judgement to provide precise medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients, as well as to medical, nursing, and allied health professionals.
Adhering to hospital and divisional policies, you will ensure that all services align with professional standards and guidelines, contributing to the highest quality of pharmacy practice and patient care.As Senior Pharmacist, you will play a key role in optimising patient outcomes by implementing strategies that promote the safe, cost-effective, and quality use of pharmaceuticals.
