We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to oversee the organisation, management, and operation of our designated pharmacy area.
In this role, you will provide a comprehensive, high-level range of pharmacy services, exercising your expertise and independent judgement to deliver exceptional medicines information and therapeutic advice.
Working collaboratively with patients, medical and nursing staff, and other health professionals, you'll play a key role in ensuring high standards of care in line with our hospital and divisional policies, as well as professional pharmacy guidelines.

About You We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in pharmacy who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Exceptional Communication and Organisational Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, coupled with strong attention to detail and the capability to meet tight deadlines in a complex environment.Proven Leadership and Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to provide direction, implement strategies to improve service delivery, and solve problems effectively.Extensive Professional Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practice, standards, and codes of practice, backed by extensive experience in hospital pharmacy, including leadership or supervisory roles.Commitment to Collaboration and Education: A track record of working effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams and the ability to supervise, educate, and train professional and non-professional staff.If you're ready to contribute your skills and expertise to a leading healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you!
