It's a busy, vibrant, and unique clinical environment offering a variety of clinical challenges as well as leadership and continuous improvement opportunities.About the Role:A full-time fixed term role until December 2024, with opportunity to lead to permanency.As a Senior Pharmacist in Darwin Health Centre, you will be responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical services to ADF Personnel in the Health Centre. You'll be an active member of the pharmacy team, including undertaking dispensing tasks and providing pharmacy technical advice to health practitioners. As the Senior Pharmacist you'll also:Provide clinical supervision and leadership to pharmacy personnel;Provide pharmaceutical advice to health practitioners, and Base and Unit commanders through chain of commandManage the delivery of services against benchmark standards and other clinical governance Key Performance Indicators;Collect, collate, analyse and report relevant data as required in a timely manner;About you:To thrive in this role, you will be an inherently collaborative worker who enjoys working with people of all backgrounds to achieve common goals.
