In this pivotal role, you will provide a comprehensive range of high-level pharmacy services, exercising independent and autonomous judgement.
You will offer expert therapeutic advice to patients, medical and nursing staff, and other health professionals, ensuring alignment with hospital policies, procedures, and professional pharmacy standards.Your expertise will optimise patient outcomes by implementing strategies that promote the safe and cost-effective use of pharmaceuticals.
