Role Description
Airswift currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to take a developing national commercial construction and civil desk to the next level.
The role will have the freedom to recruit both regionally and nationally with both, or either, the commercial construction sector and civil construction sector for white collar professionals.
We already have several high-profile clients on board, and you will be tasked with fostering relationships and building the desk across QLD and nationally.
Although Airswift is a global firm, the Brisbane office has a boutique style with all the backing of a tier one global brand.
Principle Accountabilities:
Foster and grow relationships with existing and new clients across the country.
Source for candidates across multiple role types for large and small civil and commercial construction firms.
Advertise role on various platforms including SEEK and LinkedIn.
Book client visits to collect requirements and build relationships.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Strong desire to succeed and to provide superior service to clients and candidates.
3 years + experience on a competitive recruitment desk.
Tenacious attitude and solid business acumen.
Strong desire to bring in and develop new and existing clients.
