About The Role The Senior Performance Specialist manages and executes complex performance marketing campaigns with a strategic focus, providing deeper insights and optimisations. Reporting to the Performance Manager / Director, the Senior Performance Specialist is responsible for effectively managing and executing end-to-end performance marketing campaigns ensuring all deliverables are timely, accurate, and efficient.
You will be responsible for implementing and optimising SEM, Social and other paid media campaigns. Your understanding of Google and Meta Ads ensures you're able to generate great ideas to boost our clients' online presence. You are also comfortable allocating work to others and keeping a sharp eye on progress and quality to ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of support.
The ideal candidate will have; 1-3 years of paid media/ads experience (Google Ads and/or Meta), ideally in an agency, focused on retail and e-commerce clients.Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes and adapt to new ways of working.Passionate, growth mindset, driven to succeed and become a leader.Key Responsibilities Advanced Campaign Management: Manage high-profile and complex campaigns with a focus on strategic objectives.Optimization Strategies: Develop and implement advanced optimization strategies to maximise performance and ROI.Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior specialists, offering training and best practice advice.Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations.In-Depth Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and performance analyses, presenting actionable insights to clients and internal teams.About You Intermediate applied knowledge of 2+ performance marketing channels and tools (including reporting, tracking/pacing and optimising)Skilled in relevant analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and make advanced optimisations and adjustments to improve campaign performanceStrong ability to effectively troubleshoot campaigns, tracking, pixels and data feedsHighly skilled in time management - strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks and workload effectivelyTakes ownership and initiative of learning for self, provides regular feedback to management and asks for support where neededStrong and timely written and verbal communication, works collaboratively with other teams - ability to be client facing with supportSeniority levelMid-Senior level
