We are looking for a Senior Performance Analyst for the Melbourne location for a large-scale project.
This is a permanent role with a global IT service leader.
Responsibilities: Applies expert use of in-house and external systems for the purpose of providing performance-related data.
Produces and may manage the provision of accurate performance information on a timely basis. Undertakes complex ad-hoc reporting and analytical work; sees assigned work through to completion. Generates and interprets complex attribution and risk analysis. Applies sound and advanced analytical skills to calculation, attribution, and interpretation of performance. Engages internal stakeholders to seek new or amend requirements and to question the validity of aged deliverables. Manages implementation and resource assignment. Day-to-day interaction with service providers; monitors and oversees - implements appropriate controls to minimize data quality and reporting issues. Data steward of data items for which P&A has responsibility, ensuring that required documentation is in place. Demonstrates continual involvement and value added with regards to data quality; provides intelligence to the Business Improvement team on the supplementation and enrichment of existing datasets for more valuable and insightful reporting and analytics.
