Senior Performance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Analyst.
You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of software systems and applications.
In this role, you will: Conduct performance testing of software systems to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement Develop and execute performance test plans and strategies Analyze system performance data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business stakeholders to address performance issues Create and implement performance tuning strategies and optimization techniques Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Performance Analyst or similar role Strong knowledge of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling Experience in performance test planning, execution, and analysis Proficiency in performance monitoring and profiling tools Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Experience in working in Agile software development environments Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously Relevant certifications in performance testing or related areas are a plus
