Planning: Drive the development, refinement and review of business plans. Support the development and collaboration of Fundraising strategic plan, aligned with strategy execution. Own and develop relationships with stakeholders, working with them to optimise and enhance Fundraising plans, to scope actions to deliver initiatives and ensure plans align with the broader TSA strategy and established budgets. Annual Budgets: Lead the annual Fundraising budget process and discussions with leadership to deliver draft annual budgets. Performance: Develop and embed the Performance framework. Own and develop relationships with stakeholders, working with them to optimise and enhance the Performance framework. Communicate key insights and findings to the General Manager of Planning and Performance, and the Head of Fundraising to ensure that performance framework requirements are aligned and delivered against. Identify fundraising business trends and deliver analytical reports to assist with monitoring and management. Manage and maintain reporting solutions to ensure ongoing fulfilment of fundraising performance requirements. Support the development of the Data framework. Develop and maintain 5-yr CAGR modelling of Fundraising forecasting, performance and future targets. Facilitate monthly cadence and quarterly performance reviews for the Head of Department and General Manager's. Business Improvement and Progress: Identify and review fundraising processes and work with fundraising stakeholders to identify and make business process improvements that result in a donor centric focus, with increased efficiencies, and shorter cycle times. Ongoing research of relevant planning and reporting innovations and opportunities. Commitment to personal learning and development and best practices (FIA, webinars, industry publications and other). Establish and maintain effective relationships and communication with fundraising employees nationally. Develop templates and toolkits as required to support the improvement of wider Fundraising operations.
