As of 2024 we have brought billions of dollars in credit to 12 million customers, doubling in the last two years while remaining strongly profitable and sustainable for the long term.This roleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Perfomance Marketing Manager to drive growth across our portfolio of products including phone finance, credit line and card amongst others.Ideally you will have experience successfully growing new B2C products, particularly in the fintech and lending space where quality of customers and LTV is paramount. You should have deep experience working in google, meta and with marketing technologies to track attribution and incrementality. As one of the leaders in our growth team, you should be self driven and expert in establishing scalable systems for rapid test and scale of customer acquisition methodologies. You will partner with brand marketing, design and creative production as well as product and operations teams.
