About The Role We are seeking a talented and driven Senior People Systems Administrator to provide expert systems support with Workday and other integrated systems. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture Operations, based in our Sydney office, you will streamline processes, drive continuous improvements and automation, provide training and expert system support.
What You'll Do Provide advanced support across Workday and other People & Culture integrated systems and tools including recruitment tool AvatureImplement system enhancements related to business projects and improve reporting dashboardsAutomate manual forms in Workday and update business processesProvide assistance with testing, configuration and deployment of new features and ensure system optimisationIdentify inefficiencies in existing processes and drive for continuous improvementProvide reporting on People & Culture metricsAssist in developing and running training sessions and user guidesMaintain the Application Tracking System (ATS) including troubleshooting technical issues and ensure system performance and uptimeUnleash your potential
To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:
4-6 years experience in Workday across the following modules or areas:Core HCM, including EIB'sTalent & PerformanceAdvanced CompensationReportingBusiness Process Design, Fixes & EnhancementsAbsenceWorkday Pro Accreditation will be highly regardedExperience with Jira or an ATS preferably Avature & survey tools will be an advantageExperience in developing reporting metrics for stakeholdersWorkday coaching and training experienceExcellent problem solving skills and proactively provide solutionsStrong communication skills and stakeholder management working across multiple time zones.So, what's next?
