About the role
The Senior People Services Business Partner (SPSBP) is at the heart of driving transformative HR strategy across NM TAFE.
You will deliver expert HR consultancy, services, and support to a diverse portfolio of internal customers, while leading or contributing to college-wide HR initiatives, policies, programs, and projects that align seamlessly with HR plans and corporate strategy.
With your extensive expertise, you'll shape and guide HR decisions, ensuring critical processes such as recruitment, performance management, and organisational change are strategically aligned with business goals and drive tangible, impactful outcomes.
Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, craft innovative HR tools, and spearhead strategic initiatives will be pivotal in unlocking the organisation's full potential.

Other Conditions and Eligibility
Eligibility for employment is subject to obtaining a satisfactory Department of Education Criminal Clearance.
If this position involves contact with children, the recommended occupant will also be required to obtain a Working with Children (WWC) Card.
To be eligible for appointment applicants must have a working visa (for fixed term contract appointments) or permanent residency (for permanent appointments).
Over the next twelve (12) months; candidates found "Suitable" through this process may be offered appointment to similar & subsequent vacancies within the College, within other TAFE Colleges or across WA Government (subject to candidate permission being granted).
Should no suitable applicant be identified, or an offer declined, the panel may search for further applicants beyond the closing date.
