Senior People & Performance Business PartnerReporting to the Manager People & Performance, the role is responsible for partnering with Operational Leaders to develop plans to manage complex ER matters, support the resolution of industrial relation disputes and ERC Committees, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Talent and Performance Management and other People & Culture activities.Develop relationships with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to provide advice on all People related matters and assist with achieving business goals through effective people management strategy.Provide advice and support to Leaders and People Advisors to effectively resolve all ER matters, including performance, disciplinary & grievance resolution and investigations.Support the resolution of disputes from employees, unions and employee associations relating to employment conditions.Lead change management activities to ensure fair and effective outcomes for change, including consultation of change and impact assessments.Support development of strategy to improve people performance, including absenteeism management, workforce arrangements and other projects and initiatives as required.Skills & ExperienceRelevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/or relevant years of experience.Experience working in an operational/heavy industry unionised environment managing complex ER matters, and employee relations committees.Demonstrated experience in understanding multiple EA's and employment law frameworks to apply to complex ER matters to effectively manage outcomes.Extensive experience managing organisational change, conducting impact assessments, risk analysis for business cases to implementation of change in line with EA, procedural and change management practices.Demonstrated experience in supporting employee engagement, talent management and performance management initiatives.About UsFremantle Ports is a government trading enterprise with proven commercial success and a highly regarded reputation with its partners, the community, and other stakeholders.
