Senior People Partner - Talent Acquisition For purpose organisation with award-winning culture - 86% employee engagement True hybrid working environment – no set mandated days in the office The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Partner to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. Reporting to our Shared Services Manager, this role will see you providing day to day leadership to our Talent Acquisition Advisors, working collaboratively to deliver on resourcing requirements for the business. Key Responsibilities Key areas of responsibility include: Managing end to end recruitment of diverse portfolio of roles. Leading and supporting a range of innovative recruitment projects and initiatives. Managing a small team of talent acquisition specialists. Overseeing the talent acquisition budget for the organisation and managing relationships with service providers. Liaising with PP&C Leadership team and Executives to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business and talent needs. Actively building talent pools and candidate pipelines to achieve our diversity strategy which includes women engineering and technical roles, people with a disability, and people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. Overseeing the delivery, success and reporting of bulk Assessment Centre's for volume recruitment. Identifying and sourcing candidates in hard to recruit disciplines and niche roles. About you We are looking for someone who is creative and innovative and has a proven track record delivering successful recruitment campaigns in a multi-disciplined corporate environment. If you have the following capabilities, get in touch: Significant experience in designing and/or delivering talent strategies Demonstrated experience managing people Demonstrated experience influencing management to achieve business outcomes Knowledge and application of current HR related legislation, HR systems and procedures Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline would be highly regarded More details on responsibilities and core capabilities can be found in the linked position description.
