The Role
Work closely with the CPO, P&C team and leaders across the university, collaborating and advising on a broad range of people initiatives to enhance employee experience and enable change activities.
Key focuses: Build and maintain strong working relationships based on credibility and open communication with key internal and external stakeholders, to enable collaboration and drive desired outcomes; Identify and oversee a variety of projects, directly linked to university opportunities and challenges; collaborating with and engaging stakeholders to continuously enhance culture, capability and systems; In collaboration with relevant stakeholders, develop high quality written communication, including reports, business cases and policies, supporting governance, risk and change management. Additionally, you will bring:
Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills, supporting your ability to effectively advise, consult and inspire stakeholders at all levels; Extensive experience in providing expert advice relating to a broad range of people matters across an industrialised landscape, effectively diagnosing and triaging matters to reach solutions that are both compliant and commercially viable; Demonstrated success in overseeing the delivery of projects across the full employee life cycle, utilising pragmatic HR practices and effectively engaging your audience, to drive positive change; Excellent written skills and an analytical approach, able to develop compelling business cases, policies and reports to inform and enable the workforce; Highly capable in flexing between supporting strategic direction and 'rolling your sleeves up' to be hands on, depending on organisational needs; Relevant Tertiary qualification.
