About the Company This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior People Partner to join a Government department based in Sydney CBD. This role is WFH 50% of the time and is paying between $180,000 - $200,000 package. The role is a mix of operational and strategic.
About the Role Provides consultancy, advice, support and guidance to managers and staff on a wide variety of People and Culture matters.Partner with the executive management and other key stakeholders to develop, embed and sustain people and culture initiatives and solutions for their teams.Managing the development and implementation of organisational people & culture change programs that align with corporate objectives.Acting as a trusted adviser, business coach and influencer to the heads of the divisions on People & Culture.Gravitas to influence a broad range of executive stakeholders to gain agreement on optimal organisational strategies across a diverse and complex organisation.Proactively identify opportunities to shape and drive strategic and operational change initiatives that impact divisions and people.Ensure compliance with and resolve issues related to HR and WHS regulations, legislation and organisation policy.Skills & Experience Extensive experience in a senior People Partner role.Demonstrated skills and experience and proven capacity to lead the development and implementation of people & culture strategies, programs and initiatives at a senior level.Extensive experience delivering and driving performance and capability plans, engagement initiatives and coaching on leadership and management uplift.Demonstrated experience managing complex employment relations matters, including experience in Enterprise Agreement bargaining.Demonstrated experience in developing, interpreting and advising (and where relevant, aligning) people & culture policies and planning to business requirements.Excellent stakeholder, organisational, self and priority management skills.Sound experience in dealing with a diverse range of people at all levels of the organisation.A forward planner with the ability to dive into detail to derive key insights from business reporting but also scan the horizon for emerging opportunities.Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills.An awareness of employment legislation, regulatory environment, and market leading HR practices.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources degree or a relevant discipline.Desirable: Relevant experience in financial services industries.How to Apply Click APPLY or contact Emma on ****** for a confidential discussion.
