About the Role As a Senior People Experience Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior leadership and management teams to implement tailored people strategies that support organizational objectives.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of leaders while deploying annual and project-based PX initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic business partner to assigned ELT & Practice Group Leaders, understanding their business objectives and working with them to build and execute appropriate PX strategies.Coach, guide and advise people leaders on PX issues such as organisational design, restructures and change management, performance management, remuneration and benefits, Workplace Health and Safety and general industrial/employee relations.Lead and support key HR projects, including talent and succession planning, performance reviews, and salary cycles.Collaborate with and coach HR team members to ensure high performance and efficiency.About You Relevant Degree Qualifications.5-10 years proven experience in a general PX role, with a focus on strategic business partnering within a professional services environment.Expertise in employee relations and industrial relations within a unionized environment.Strong skills in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.Resilient, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?
