Our client is a leading provider of home care & disability support services, dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence & live comfortably in their own homes.

We are seeking an experienced & strategic People & Culture Specialist to join a dynamic team – this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success of the organisation by playing a key role in shaping people strategies & enhancing company culture.

Key Accountabilities: Collaborate & partner with managers to align people priorities with organisational goalsAssist leaders with strategic workforce planning & cultural developmentProvide guidance on HR policies, programs & practices to line managersAct as a mediator for managers & employees, fostering a positive work environmentLead HR initiatives, including recognition programs, employee development & recruitmentManage employee relations, performance & disciplinary mattersEnsure compliance with employment laws & WHS requirementsAbout You: Demonstrated experience working in Human Resources/People & Culture with additional tertiary qualificationsProven capability working with Care Support Workers or equivalent rolesExcellent communication, problem-solving & leadership skillsFriendly, with a positive can-do attitude & demonstrated compassion & empathyStrong emphasis on confidentiality & respect for privacyAbility to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detailIf you have relevant skills & experience, please submit your latest CV.
