As the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with the Global People & Culture team on all people programs across the company including performance management, employee engagement, compensation, onboarding & offboarding, learning and development and recruitment. You are hands on the lead for localising policies for the AU region, and the main point of contact for all people and culture related matters. This role will directly report to the Director of People & Culture.
