THE ROLE
The People and Culture Business Partner will collaborate closely with senior leaders and managers to provide comprehensive HR support.
This role is critical in driving HR strategies and managing high-volume performance and employee relations cases.
The successful candidate will lead key HR initiatives while coaching and developing leaders throughout the business.
With a focus on industrial relations and compliance, the role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively executed.
This position will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture and supporting the company's continued growth and expansion.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide expert advice on a range of employee relations matters, including interpretation of Awards and Agreements.Lead performance management processes, supporting managers and resolving disciplinary matters.Build strong partnerships with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.Manage and implement HR projects that support business unit growth and development.Contribute to enterprise bargaining negotiations and ensure compliance with employment legislation.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced settings and possess at least 5 years of experience working as an HR professional in a unionized, blue-collar environment.
With a strong ability to think laterally and solve problems efficiently, the successful candidate will enjoy partnering with managers and leaders to provide comprehensive HR expertise, typically of an ER nature.
A confident and experienced HR professional, they excel in performance management and have a natural talent for coaching and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
