Senior P&C Business Partner

is to ensure the delivery and managing of providing strategic guidance and advice, developing P&C policies, procedures & systems and incorporate operational services, recruitment, performance and talent management, reward and organisational culture.
This position is based out of our office in Brisbane and will see you managing a portfolio of projects across QLD.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to developing and implementing the P&C strategy, in alignment with the overall business strategy.Manage the delivery of all People and Culture generalist activities over the employee lifecycle including recruitment, on/off boarding, performance management, training and development, renumeration and benefits, employee relation and other value adding projects, ensuring compliance with best practice and legislative requirements.Provide timely and accurate P&C/ER/IR advice to managers and employees on a range of P&C issues including renumeration, retention initiatives, succession planning, conduct and capability matters, grievances, organisation change, and a range of employment and employee relation matters.Assist as a support service for managers and employees to maintain effective working relationships.About youTertiary HRM qualifications, or equivalent years of experienceA minimum of 6-8 years' experience as a HR Practitioner from an organisation with a large blue-collar workforceSolid working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including renumeration and benefits, employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection, training and development, talent management, organisation development and change managementStrong communication skills (oral & written) including the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels in the organisation.What makes you right for UGLAbility to provide a safe, supportive, and positive workplaceEmpower a united and collaborative cultureDeliver technical excellence and create efficient, innovative solutionsBuild an enviable reputation and the trust of employees, clients, and other stakeholdersGenuine concern for safetyAbout UsUGL is well-known and respected for providing end-to-end engineering, construction and maintenance services within rail and transport, communications and technology systems, oil and gas, power, renewables and resources, water and defence markets.
