The opportunityWe have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced HR Leader to join the Global Business Partnering team as a Senior People Business Partner.
As a Senior People Business Partner to Group Finance, you will be the key conduit between our Centres of Excellence in the People team and the broader business.
In this role, you will strategically collaborate with global functions, including Group and Global Finance to develop and implement plans that align with our Global People Strategy.
The key to success in this role will be your ability to foster strong relationships and drive operational excellence and innovation across our organisation.
You will also:Partner strategically with Executive and Senior stakeholders across your global portfolio on all People mattersDeliver on cyclical HR practices and strategic People plans in collaboration with our Centres of ExcellenceAdvocate for the adoption of innovative initiatives which improve the employee experience at QBE to ensure we are an employer of choiceUtilise HR analytics and metrics to inform a data-led approach to People decision makingThe interview process will consist of 2-3 stages of interview and background checks.
About youAs a well-versed, experienced leader within the HR profession, you will have a background working within large, complex organisations and proven success in driving best-practice People strategies.
You will have a true strength in collaboration to bring teams from across a globally dispersed business together and deliver solutions which are tailored for individual business needs.
Importantly, you'll also demonstrate a strong analytical rigour in the way that you approach your work, utilising data and insights to provide compelling solutions.
Experience with supporting finance departments and organisational design is beneficial.
