Senior People Business Partner - Disability We are currently recruiting for a People Business Partner (Disability) based in our Moorabbin office in Victoria.
Role Overview:
As a Business Partner in our HR team at Possability, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role requires a blend of HR expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and objectives, and proactively identify HR solutions to support them. Implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with and support the company's strategic direction. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR matters. Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Provide strategic advice to address complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution. Ensure fair and consistent HR practices are followed, promoting a positive employee experience. Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices are in compliance with local, state and federal laws. Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
5-7+ years HR Business Partnering experience with a proven track record as a HR Business Partner. Strong understanding of HR best practice and employment law. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge and application of FWA legislation, WHS legislation, systems, and processes. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Leadership and teaming – lead collaboratively and effectively across organisational boundaries. Adaptability – provide a high quality of People service when there are competing priorities. Problem solving solution driven, provide process leadership and advice on multiple P&C issues, integrating information from subject matter experts and data sources to provide practical solutions. Influence and collaboration – develop positive and collaborative relationships with employees and leaders. Empathy – understand and consider other's feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Communication – can communicate a range of information and ideas effectively, both in writing and verbally, to different audiences using language and style. Probity Requirements:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, WWCC, and unrestricted driver's license. How to Apply:
