Key Responsibility Areas: Leading the continued development of VIVA's organisational culture and staff engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and elevate staff engagement.
Providing timely, accurate, and up to date HR advice to members of the VIVA Support Centre.
Interpreting, applying, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and VIVA employment policies.
Shape a P&C plan that supports VIVA to achieve its strategic plan.
Identify, recommend, and implement best practice technologies for continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role you will have: A minimum of 5-year's proven experience in a generalist P&C or HR, role, working in a prior fast-paced organisation.
(Aged Care or NDIS industry experience highly regarded).
A bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with a strength of building exceptional relationships at all levels.
Able to work effectively at a strategic level, influencing executives and all levels of managers and employees across a diverse organisation.
Strong experience in a workplace coaching environment, influencing stakeholders and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes are achieved.
A high level of personal accountability and the ability to lead an accountable workplace culture.
Experience working in a high-performance environment while maintaining a people-centred, connected and collaborative approach.
Strong problem-solving skills in a complex work environment with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
Ability to understand a diverse workforce spread across multiple entities, employment types and roles.
Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and shifting focus and resources as required.
Solid understanding of employment laws and best HR practices.
Willingness and ability to perform the full range of HR tasks independently.
