Workplace Location: Consult with and support business managers with best practice People and Culture initiatives, plans and interventions to drive improvement in culture and engagement across the workforce of the relevant facility or directorate. Support the Manager, People and Culture and the Principal People and Culture Partner to develop, implement and embed the People and Culture Strategy as determined by the overarching Metro North Health People and Culture directorate. Partner with the business management team/s to implement and/or deploy People and Culture strategies to meet business, people, culture, wellness, and engagement objectives. Support the Manager People and Culture Services with developing, implementing and embedding systems and processes for facility level workforce planning to activate discussions, strategy and planning to support delivery of healthcare services. About you: This successful applicant will carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Provide support, advice, and leadership in the development and implementation of the People and Culture strategy for the relevant facility or directorate. Actively promote, lead, and facilitate people and culture solutions across the facility, ensuring alignment to existing facility specific strategies and delivery of the Metro North People and Culture strategy. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enable the development and implementation of People and Culture programs and solutions across all streams and professions at the facility or directorate. Deliver focused programs, in a cohesive and coordinated way, to enhance leadership capability, increase engagement and bring about positive cultural change across the facility – for example, succession planning, executive on-boarding and other tailored programs to address opportunities within the overarching People and Culture Strategy. Liaise with the People and Culture Programs team to broker existing / newly developed services to support delivery of the relevant facility's objectives. Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate organisational development strategies and programs at a facility level from the People and Culture Programs team, to address identified opportunity areas as well as evolving needs.
