An exciting opportunity exists as a Senior People and Culture Business Partner, where your strategic vision and HR expertise will shape the future of our workforce.
This is a new position where you will have the ability to be a part of a transformative phase within our People and Culture Division.
You'll have the unique opportunity to drive change, support leaders, and foster a culture that values collaboration, development, and exceptional care.


What Your Day Will Look Like: In this role, you'll collaborate closely with executive and senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to provide tailored people strategies across your portfolio.
Whether it's guiding leaders on effective workforce planning, coaching for high performance, or identifying proactive solutions to support growth, your expertise will be at the core of meaningful initiatives.
You'll contribute directly to strategic projects that align with our People First Strategy, actively influencing leadership meetings, and partnering with teams to build a culture of continuous learning and development.
Through strong relationships and a shared commitment to excellence, you'll be instrumental in shaping an empowered and resilient workforce at Darling Downs Health.
