The Opportunity Reporting to the Manager People, you'll provide strategic and operational guidance to site-based teams across all areas of human resources and industrial relations including performance management, employee engagement, remuneration, talent management, succession planning and complex employee relation matters.
What is required? At least four years' experience in a HR generalist role operating in a similar role & industryIn depth knowledge to leading investigations and disciplinary processesDemonstrated ability to manage and engage key stakeholders across multiple teams, sites and locationsProven experience executing continuous improvement initiatives, strategies and programsDemonstrated ability to adjust strategies and plans to meet changing prioritiesHighly developed problem-solving skills with the ability to find contemporary solutionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner with others to influence change at all levelsAbout Mineral Resources MinRes is a leading diversified resources company with extensive operations in lithium, iron ore, energy and mining services across Western Australia.
