This role requires you to ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be part of a dynamic and diverse team who are committed to providing high quality payroll services to employees of Victoria Police.

Your duties will include: Processing and delegating payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner Ensuring payroll reports and data are analysed, interpreted and acted upon to ensure accuracy Leading and participating in assigned payroll and leave processing enquiries and related projects ensuring prompt response and resolution In consultation with the Team Leader and/or Assistant Payroll Manager, monitor workloads and team performance to ensure balance and achieve optimum individual and team results As the successful applicant, you will have: Demonstrated payroll experience Well-developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve payroll matters effectively Requirements and relevant information: Three (3) x full-time, ongoing position available. This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands. Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa. The successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
