Motivational leadership, impressive staff bonuses, modern offices, and working flexibility are just a few of the benefits you will enjoy being part of this impressive organisation.As an experienced payroll professional, your standard responsibilities will include:Fortnightly end-to-end payroll processing.Managing the documentation management of all Payroll paperwork.Processing of international transferees/assignees, mass payroll changes, and workers compensation related adjustments.Escalation point for the Payroll Officer to assist in resolving complex payroll issues.Interacting with the regulatory bodies within Australian jurisdictions as required.Building positive relationships with internal stakeholders.Remaining up to date on all payroll legislative changes and how they apply to employees, including PAYG, state tax and legislation, superannuation, and new leave types.Participating in and may lead continuous improvement reviews and initiatives.Payroll Tax reconciliation and submissions.Year-end processing and Single Touch payroll.As the ideal candidate for the role, you will have at least 3-5 years of end-to-end payroll experience within a large organisation.
