Senior Payroll Officer
$100,000 - $105,000 + Super + Benefits | Chatswood NSW 2067 | 2 Days WFH

Work closely with the Payroll Manager assisting on reporting, training, and systems.

Looking for a skilled Senior Payroll professional who can bring fresh ideas and lead from the front.
Opportunity to be involved in system upgrades, become a super user of Kronos, assist with mentorship in the team, and work closely with the Payroll Manager and Finance for month-end reporting.

THE ROLE

Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing across ANZ across fortnightly and monthly pays
Assist with system upgrades and process improvements in Kronos, assisting the team where needed
Handle payments and resolve employee queries, assisting team members with escalations
Month-end reporting and calculations including PAYG, Super, Tax, and Workers Comp
Manage Awards and EBAs, ensuring compliance
Work closely with Payroll Manager, HR, and Finance team
Assist with preparation of audits, providing necessary documentation

THE PERSON

Senior Payroll experience with full understanding of end-to-end payroll process including Awards, EBAs
Experience in a large Multinational environment
Tech-savvy, the ability to act as Super User for Systems, driving process improvements and assisting with upgrades and team training
Experience with Kronos is desirable
Excellent communication skills
Full working rights as this is a permanent role
